I dont want to critique her poses but she’s a fitness model … so c’mon.
(shoulders hunched in 1 and 2, legs not “zippered” together in 4, omg dont even get me started!)
edit - seriously, if you’re in janu sirsasana (spelling?) and you can reach your toes, lift the elbows above the armpits and you will FEEL your spine flatten. If your elbows are relaxed, your back is *probably* hunched a bit.
